Terms of Use
Last updated 18 October 2026
These terms apply to the phone apps and Chrome extensions made by PriKri Labs (such as Image to PDF and FirstCry Order Splitter) and to this website. Below, "apps" means both. By using an app or the website, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Using the apps
- You may use our apps for personal and business work.
- You are responsible for the photos and files you use, and for having the right to use them.
- Don't use the apps for anything unlawful.
- An extension that works with another website (such as FirstCry) is not made, endorsed or supported by that website. Its prices, coupons and savings are estimates; always check the final amount on that website before you pay. You place and pay for your own orders.
Provided as is
The apps and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without any promise or warranty. We work hard to make them reliable, but we can't promise they will always be free of mistakes or interruptions, or that results such as print sizes, colours or file quality will suit every purpose. Please check your files before you print, send or submit them.
Keep your own copies
Your work is stored only on your phone or in your browser. Keep your original photos and back up important files. Uninstalling an app or extension, clearing its data or losing your device can delete drafts we have no way to recover.
Limits of our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, PriKri Labs is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, the apps or website. This includes lost or damaged files, printing costs, missed deadlines, rejected documents, and any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes
We may update the apps, these terms, or stop offering an app. If the terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. Using an app after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
